Rudan's Frisbee Sports Center lies in Haninge, in the southern suburbs of the Swedish capital Stockholm, app. 20km from downtown Stockholm. The disc golf course is incorporated in the Rudan recreational area, witch also accomodates activities such as jogging trails, MTB tracks, swimming and fishing.

The course is operated by Södertörns Frisbee Club (founded in 2001) in a close collaboration with the Haninge parks & recreation board, which ensures the grass areas always being well groomed, and all other areas maintained. The par 64 disc golf course uses the various elements of the area, with tight wooded holes, uphill and downhill, as well as longer open holes. With a total length of 2266 meters (7434 ft), Rudan Frisbee Sports Center is actually the longest permanent course in Sweden to date. You really need a good game plan, adjusted to your own player skills, to perform well on this demanding course.
